7. Assignment publication rules

Assignments must comply with applicable laws and may not contain discriminatory, misleading or inappropriate content. Scrum-Connect may remove assignments that violate these rules.

8. Applications and communication

Communication between professionals and employers should take place through the platform's messaging and application tools so that records can be maintained for both parties.

Employers may invite professionals to interviews via the platform. The terms of any placement, contract or engagement are agreed directly between the employer and the professional.

10. Prohibited use

  • Using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering or attempting to disrupt the platform.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation.

Scrum-Connect does not verify all information published by users and is not responsible for its accuracy. Users should perform their own due diligence.

12. Availability of the platform

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and updates as needed.

13. Changes to the platform

We may change, add or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.

14. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform belong to Scrum-Connect or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Scrum-Connect a licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrum-Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
